Contests are a typical method of determining those intitled to incentive travel. We can formulate contests for sales, distribution, operations or any other part of your organization.
Personal Incentives
Set your own goals, we will help track if you want, and if you achieve reward yourself with a vacation you won't forget!
Family Incentives
If your family needs to meet some goals ... why not set it up so they get a big reward if achived?
Here are some contests that bring out the competitor:
|
#1 The Horse Race
The company sets a specific number of trip seats in each division. Top performers fill fixed amount of seats at the end of the contest period.
#2 Top Percent Club
The Top Percent Club is a straightforward contest where the top "x" percent of all participants qualify once the contest concludes. For example: out of 500 participants, the top 125 people qualify for the trip.
#3 Set the Bar
Based on a contestant’s previous 6-month performance, management sets a specific percentage increase for the contest period, typically around 10 percent. The goal of this percentage increase is to allow 25 percent of participants to qualify for the incentive trip.

#4 New Account
This contest looks only at new account sales. The company may elect to set a target goal based on points or a predetermined number of top achievers selected to go.
#5 Up Selling Current Clients
Based on current clients only, points or dollars only count for up selling.
#6 Office vs. Office
In larger corporations, contests may be set up between divisions, departments or offices where winners qualify for the trip.
#7 Performance Points
Voyager's unique contest involving non-sales participants throughout your organization. Performance points are awarded based upon completion of goals that are mutually agreed upon by both management and participant.
